The Graduate

On Thursday, McKinley had her last day of preschool at BUMC. She has had such a wonderful year with the best teacher ever...Mrs. Leslie. She has learned so much and has really become a big learner. The school had a cute little graduation ceremony where the kids marched in and stood on the bleachers and sang some of their cute songs. To show how much she's progressed, McKinley stood tall and proud and even sang the two songs!! That's a big improvement over hiding behind the person in front of her and shying away from the crowd. She was the very last name called and she recieved her diploma and children's bible proudly. We're so proud of her and I know that she's ready to head off to Kindergarten in the fall. Mommy's little girl...growing up!

After the ceremony we were all invited into the gym for a hot dog luncheon...but we skipped out on that and Daddy took us to Papa Gallos for a great Mexican lunch...McKinley loves her tortillas and chips and salsa...and I didn't mind going to my favorite joint for a yummy lunch!! Thanks.
