Herman Sons 3-5yr old Combination Jazz/Ballet/Tumbling Class 2008-2009

What a funny afternoon watching a bunch of different little girls classes come together for pictures. Two outfits per class...individual and group photos. Mothers changing kids in the hallway and fixing hair and make-up to go with each outfit. Tights, shoes, hairbows, accessories, bobby-pins, hairspray, rubber bands, tap shoes, ballet shoes...you name it it was there. It was quite an experience. Of course, McKinley thought it was fun and yet, somewhat tortuous. She really enjoyed being able to wear make-up and she felt beautiful in her costumes...she sure is!!

The jazz outfit is not her favorite...she definitely likes the ballet and tumbling more...but she's good at all of them.

She's decided she wants to do it again next year. We're all crossing our fingers that she will do the dances at the recital in two weeks...but we're really expecting a huge case of stagefright!! We'll let you know how it goes.

Wow! What a cutie! Remember when she was just a babe and we would visit the Capitol Hill ward and she would be the ONLY baby there!!!
