We decided to try a new activity for New Years Day this year! We had taken a class earlier in the year and tried to do it on our own. It isn't as easy as it looks. It was delicious though as you can see below!

Sealed the deal
The temples finally reopened for live ordinances and so Ethan and Madison were able to be sealed in a small ceremony at the Timpanogos Temple in American Fork, UT!! We were all excited to be able to share the special day with them.

Christmas time is my favorite
Gathering together for family time is my favorite part of Christmas. It's also fun to give gifts and share my expression of love with those I love. I like the quiet winter nights with the Christmas tree lights on where I can ponder and reflect on my blessings...I have so many. I love Christmas time and the magic of the season!

Visit with Nana and Grandad to I Am the Light of the World Garden @ Thanksgiving Point
We were fortunate to be able to go with Mark and Maylene to the I Am the Light of the World Garden at Thanksgiving point and take Nana and Grandad to see it. It's such an amazing place with wonderful bronze statues of several scenes from the life of Christ set in amazing gardens. Nana had especially wanted to go and see it and we're so glad that we were able to go with them. It's such a peaceful experience and all the gardens at Thanksgiving Point are so beautifl. We're lucky to have such a wonderful place only 20 minutes away from home!
